Include a photo of the incorrect item and your order number. We will review your claim and, if verified, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Time Limit: All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
Shipping Costs: In the event that we approve a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. You will not be required to return the original item.
Final Decision: Virtue reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims related to damaged or incorrect items.
